Morning Meditation

Join us for a peaceful Sunday morning meditation led by Linda Dubois, held right in the EES room. This guided experience blends gentle movement, seated mindfulness, chanting, and breathwork - a beautiful way to start your Sunday and enhance your EES session.

The meditation is included with any EES session booked during that time, so no separate registration is needed. Please book at least one hour in the room for this experience and arrive by 9:45 a.m. to settle in before it begins.
