Employee benefits & Policies

Benefits

  1. Eligibility

    • All part-time employees are eligible for benefits after completing 40 hours of service at the center.

  2. Employee/Practitioner Discounts

    • Eligible employees and practitioners receive a 50% discount on all Energy Enhancement System Sessions, including overnights, a 25% discount on massage and reiki services, and 25% off workshops and events. There are no discounts on products (profit margin is very small).

    • Employee overnight benefits: 50% off overnight sessions provided the employee does all set up and clean up.

  3. Family Wellness Support

    • Each eligible employee may extend a 40% discount to immediate family members for up to 8 EES hours per calendar month. Family members will also receive a 40% discount on overnight sessions with a limit of 1 overnight per month.

  4. Workshop and Event Participation

    • Employees may attend 2 in-house workshops or special events per calendar month at cost of practitioner fee, instead of the 25% discount, provided they assist with setup and cleanup (such as cleaning chairs, resetting the space, and supporting clients needs).

  5. Booking and Availability

    • All discounted sessions- whether for employees, family members, or practitioners- are subject to availability. Please refrain from booking more than 24 hours in advance for an overnight session to allow clients the opportunity to book.

  6. Non-Transferability

    • Benefits are non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash or credit.

  7. Termination of Benefits

    • All employee benefits terminate immediately upon the end of employment or termination of service, including discounts, workshop access, and family support provisions.

policies

1. Code of Conduct & Ethics

  • Professionalism: Treat all clients, team members, and visitors with courtesy, warmth, and respect. Refrain from gossip, judgment, or personal drama while on site.

  • Integrity: Honor your commitments, respect client confidentiality, and represent our services honestly.

  • Compassion: Be attuned to the needs of those around you and act with kindness. Ensure all clients feel welcome and comfortable at the center.

  • Accountability: Accept responsibility, follow through on assigned tasks, and communicate proactively if you need assistance.

  • Boundaries: Maintain healthy energetic and interpersonal boundaries with clients and keep the conversation their EES experience and relevant topics.

2. Dress Code & Appearance

  • Please wear comfortable, modest, and professional attire suitable for working and greeting clients. Shoes should be clean and quiet (soft sole or slip ons are great) especially when entering the EES room to clean chairs between sessions. Avoid strong scents or fragrances as some clients may be sensitive, and keep hair and hygiene neat and tidy. Your appearance and attitude sets the tone for the client experience.

3. Hours, Scheduling & Time-Off

  • All team members are expected to arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled shift to settle in, prepare the space, and greet clients as needed. Requests for time off must be submitted in Floathelm at least one week in advance and approved by management. In the event of illness or emergency, notify the center as soon as possible.

4. Privacy & Confidentiality

  • All client information—including names, health conditions, session details, and conversations—must remain confidential. Do not discuss client matters in public areas of the center, and never share personal information outside of internal, necessary communication. Staff must not take photos or record clients without prior written permission. These guidelines protect our clients' privacy and help maintain a safe, trusting environment.
